The stay was absolutely terrific. Functional-style building, unique rooms. Lovely view of garden. The breakfast was gorgeous, they make lots of meals. The service was excellent and the staff were eager to help. Had access to its wifi, it was free.

The check-in was efficient, we liked downstairs bar. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, room was perfect and immaculate. Location so close to shops, the City Centre and restaurants. It was a good choice for our best stay.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other premier hotels. I enjoyed staying in an original building. And it also had absolutely breathtaking view. There was a lovely restaurant, shops and all major stores next door.

It was a special experience overall. It had LARGE breakfast and welcoming service. Luxury bathroom, amazing bed, large bedroom. The swimming pool of the hotel was nice. Very central location, relatively near china town.

location was perfect, staff was dedicated. executive king room, nice bed and quiet in the evenings. the continental breakfast had lots of choices. fast check-in too. enjoyed this hotel, had really really nice experience.

The bed was fine and the restaurant was AFFORDABLE and had lots of food. Strategic location, within walking distance of nob hill. The takeaway breakfast was reasonably good, staff offered muffins, cereal, eggs, bangers and slices of fresh bread.

recommend this place to everyone. in fact, the free wi fi was a cherry on top. powell street metro station was right at the hotel.

Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. We stayed in an superior queen room with a mini-bar, a heating system and multi-channel TV.
Street was noisy.

Position not far from china town and an easy walk to north beach. We loved the room, it was large. 35 minutes by car from the airport.

The bed was comfortable. Located in 25 minutes' drive to the airport. In love with zeppelin san francisco. If we return to San Francisco we would like to stay there on the next trip.
